Shipping Methods
MEANS OF DISPATCH
The shipments take place in Greece and Cyprus.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The products will be sent to the address you have chosen during the ordering process. The shipping of orders is carried out by the transport company you have chosen during the order.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR GREECE & CYPRUS
The shipping costs are as follows:
Shipments within Greece are NOT charged with shipping costs, if the value of your order exceeds fifty (50,00€) Euro*. If the value of your order is less than fifty (50,00€) Euro, it will be charged with three euros and twenty-five cents (3,25€)* for shipments throughout Greece.
*Excludes certain products from the Baby & Children's room category, spare parts and products that are on sale.
Cyprus is exempted from the free shipping service. The shipping charge depends on the volume and weight of the items in your shopping cart. In any case, our website automatically calculates and informs you of the shipping cost when you place your order.
Delivery via transport agency is carried out on pavement for inner city areas. For out-of-town/remote areas, delivery is made from the respective transport agency's warehouse.
Delivery via Elta takes place at home if there is an address and number, otherwise the delivery is completed at the Elta store in your area.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days (Monday to Friday). During periods of promotions and sales it may take 2 days for goods to move through our network.
When your order is delivered to the courier company, you will receive an informative e-mail with the tracking code. With this number you can track the progress of your shipment via the courier company's e-mail address.
We inform you that in case of any shortage you will be informed within 6 days of any order cancellation on the phone or email you have indicated, and the order will be automatically cancelled.
In case you are absent from the delivery address, the courier company will leave you a notice stating the number of your parcel and the telephone number to which you should call to arrange for pick-up.
